The rules, in plain words

Programme terms

The terms every applicant accepts on the enrolment form, word for word, in English — the binding text.

The enrolment terms

01Appointment

Appointment takes effect only upon written approval by CAREALL head office and activation of the member code. The company contracts every member directly, at every tier.

02Nature of association

The member is an independent Partner of the programme — not an employee and not a franchisee. The member holds no authority to execute contracts, collect money, or make commitments on the company’s behalf.

03Clients and payments

Every client signs with CAREALL and pays CAREALL directly to the company’s official bank account or through the company’s official payment link or QR only. A member who collects client money in any other form faces immediate termination. The one exception is CAREALL Cards: for each shop’s card the member makes or renews in CAREALL Cards from the partner portal, the member pays the company the Partner price the company sets for CAREALL Cards, plus GST, and sells the card or its renewal to the shop, so the shop pays the member, not the company; no partner earning is paid on CAREALL Cards, on a new card or a renewal. Where more than one member claims an introduction, the client’s own written confirmation decides the credit.

04Pricing

All services are quoted at the company’s official rates, revisable by the company with notice. Any discount requires the company’s prior written approval.

05Partner earning

Partner earning shall occur only upon successful completion and delivery of the contracted services, subject to receipt of payment from the client by the company, at the rates defined in the rate card applicable to the member’s tier (revisable by the company with notice). Earnings are settled monthly by the 10th to the member’s own verified bank account, with a statement. Renewal and maintenance revenue continues to provide partner earning while the member remains active. TDS applies per law; PAN is mandatory for settlement.

06Conduct

Company employees may not enrol; relatives of employees must declare the relationship. Introducing one’s own business is permitted and treated as a genuine sale.

07Brand and marketing

Members share only official material bearing their member code. Self-made advertising requires prior written approval; member-created social-media pages in the company’s name are prohibited; events or hoardings require written permission at the member’s cost. Brand usage rights end on exit.

08Support

The member owns the client relationship courtesy; all technical matters, delivery and a 90-day free support window per project are handled by the company directly.

09Inactivity, exit and survival

Six months of no activity may lead to suspension with simple re-activation. On exit no further partner earning accrues after the exit date. For twelve months after exit the member shall not solicit the company’s clients or members. Member IDs are personal — sub-delegation or ID-sharing is prohibited.

10Term

Enrolment is valid for two (2) years from activation and may be renewed by fresh signing, on terms then in force.

11Data

Client data belongs to the company. Members see their own leads; team leaders see team performance numbers, never client contact details, which remain with the company.

12Governing law

Disputes are first escalated to head office; unresolved disputes are subject to the laws of India and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tirunelveli. This enrolment, once accepted by the company, together with the rate card applicable to the member’s tier constitutes the binding agreement.

Your declaration

“I certify that all information furnished in this application is true, complete and accurate. I understand that remuneration arises solely from services actually sold and delivered by the company and never from the introduction or enrolment of any person; that this is not an investment, deposit, prize-chit or money-circulation scheme and no returns are assured; and that any false declaration may result in rejection or termination at any stage.”

What we collect and why

Partner sign-up (the short form)

CAREALL (David Carealle Digital Services Pvt. Ltd., Tirunelveli) will collect from this sign-up: your name, mobile number, email address, town and district; your confirmation that you are 18 years of age or older; the code of the member or Relationship Manager who introduced you, if you came through their link; whether and when your mobile number or your email was confirmed with a one-time code; and when you tick each box on this screen, and the language it was shown in. Your mobile number is confirmed with a one-time code sent to it on WhatsApp; Meta (WhatsApp Business) receives the number and the code only to deliver that message. Only if that code cannot reach you is a code sent to your email instead, through the company’s email service provider, which receives the address and the code only to deliver it; your mobile number is then confirmed later, inside the partner portal. A code is never stored as typed, and its record is deleted after 24 hours. Your date of birth, address, bank account, the tax details needed for TDS and your other KYC details are asked for later, inside the partner portal, and your earnings are paid only after head office has verified them. To stop misuse, the sign-up also keeps, for up to two days, scrambled codes of your mobile number, your email and your connection’s IP address, made with a secret key. Purposes — only these: (1) verifying identity and eligibility under the Partner Programme; (2) executing and administering the Partner Agreement; (3) crediting and settling partner earnings, including TDS compliance; (4) statutory compliance and audit. Data is not sold and is shared only with service providers bound by contract (hosting and database: Vercel and Supabase; messages: WhatsApp and the email service provider) or where law requires. Your rights (DPDP Act 2023): access, correction, erasure, consent withdrawal at any time, nomination, and complaint to the Data Protection Board of India. Contact: info@careall.org. Retention: a sign-up that is not approved is erased one year after the decision; after you leave the programme, the rules in the full privacy notice apply. The full privacy notice is published on this site at /privacy.

Master or Channel Partner application (the full form)

Your KYC — identity proof, date of birth, address, the last 4 digits of your Aadhaar number (the full number is never collected), bank account, nominee and the tax details needed for TDS — is not asked for in this application: it is collected later, with its own consent, inside the partner portal, and your earnings are paid only after head office has verified it. If you choose to upload a business proof document (business registration, UDYAM or GST certificate) after giving this consent, the file is stored privately, is never shown to other members, and can be opened only by head office through a short-lived link — every opening is recorded; an upload not attached to an application you send is deleted after 24 hours. To stop misuse, the form also keeps, for up to two days, scrambled codes of your mobile number, your email and your connection’s IP address, made with a secret key; if you upload a business proof, your IP address itself is kept with the upload until you send it with your application or it is deleted. Retention: an application that is not approved is erased one year after the decision; after you leave the programme, identity and contact data (Aadhaar, full bank account, phone, email, address, nominee, references, documents) is erased within one year, while your name, member ID, PAN and payment and tax records are kept for eight financial years as company and tax law require, then erased.
